Say Goodbye to Daily Fingersticks*
Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGM) are now available at America’s Best Care Plus.
A continuous glucose monitoring system can automatically estimate your blood glucose levels throughout the day and night. A tiny sensor is inserted under your skin with a sticky patch. A transmitter sends information from the sensor to your smartphone or receiver. You can then see what your blood glucose level is at any time on these devices. You can also review how your blood glucose level changes over time and spot trends.
At this time, America’s Best Care Plus carries two major brands of CGM systems. Browse the information below to see which device could be best for you!
